1.3 Learning Objectives

The aim is for users to understand the organisational structure of SDG implementation in states, as well as their localization and prioritization strategies. Participants will learn, from an analytical perspective, how fundamental policy instruments such as legal regulations, public procurement, capacity development and budgeting are used to achieve environmental goals.
