About DEHUKAM
Ankara University National Center for the Sea and Maritime Law (DEHUKAM) was founded within Ankara University to advance scientific research, cultivate experts, and foster national and international partnerships in maritime law and policy in Turkey. Our center aims to enhance academic coordination and develop specialized capabilities in response to Turkey’s maritime growth and the complex international maritime issues it faces.
DEHUKAM promotes maritime law and policy through research activities, training programs, and expert consulting. Its library and global alliances enrich researchers’ expertise. Our center serves as a pivotal platform for preparing experts to influence Turkish maritime and foreign policy.
