
Dr. Olga Lasaga Millet: Holds a Law degree and a PhD in Psychology from the University of Barcelona (UB), and a Master's degree in Management and Communication of Social Entities from Abat Oliba CEU University. She is a professor in the Department of Psychology at Abat Oliba CEU University, specializing in social psychology.
Since its founding in 2009, she has been the co-director of the Labor Observatory at Abat Oliba CEU University, a multidisciplinary research space focused on analyzing labor market dynamics and dysfunctions. The Labor Observatory maintains a permanent alliance with the University's Chair of Solidarity Economy through the EJES (Employment, Youth, and Social Exclusion) research group. Approximately 50% of research projects are submitted and carried out jointly.
Her research has focused on employability, professional skills training, and social exclusion, and she has participated in various national and international projects, many of which are characterized by their social impact. In this regard, social intervention projects have focused on improving the living conditions and socio-labor integration of young people and women. She also currently participates in national and international teams working for sustainability and social cohesion in the Mediterranean region.
