Martina Rogato

Martina Rogato is the Founder of ESG Boutique, a consultancy that helps companies integrate sustainability and diversity into their strategies. She teaches sustainability at Temple University and 24ore Business School. She is a passionate advocate for women’s rights and empowerment, currently serving as Co-Chair of the Women7 (G7) Italy and having held the role of Sherpa of the Women20 (G20) Italy in 2021. She co-founded Young Women Network and is now its Honorary President.

She is also President of Human Rights International Corner (HRIC), a European NGO committed to climate justice and business and human rights. Martina is an active member of the Gender and Women Constituency of the UNFCCC, bringing the intersection of gender and climate to the heart of international climate negotiations. She was a member of the jury for the G7-EU WEPs Award organized by UN Women.

She has been recognized among the 100 women changing Italy through social activism (Startup Italia), among the 50 Most Powerful Women in Italy according to Fortune Italia, and as one of the international changemakers by Pope Francis. She delivered TEDx talks in Catania (2019) and Cortina (2021), is a monthly columnist for Fortune Italia writing on sustainability, and is the co-author of the book Circular Fashion Management (EGEA).

Martina holds a degree in Sustainability Management from LUISS and Bocconi University, with a specialization at Yale School of Management. Her mission is to contribute to a more sustainable, inclusive, and just world for all.
